Engagement

Beyond the concert hall, the Dallas Morse Coors Concert Series actively fosters meaningful musical connections that both enrich educational experiences and strengthen the bonds within our community. Through a wide range of engagement initiatives, we strive to make world-class music accessible, relevant, and deeply impactful for audiences of all backgrounds.

Since September 2017, our engagement programs have served as a bridge between the Cornell campus and the greater Ithaca community, connecting students, faculty, local residents, and visiting artists in thoughtful and inspiring ways. These programs include artist talks, masterclasses, classroom visits, workshops, and community outreach events—all designed to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the performing arts. By facilitating these personal and educational encounters, the series creates lasting impressions and nurtures a shared cultural experience that extends far beyond the stage.

Support

The Dallas Morse Coors Concert Series is proudly supported by Cornell University as well as by revenue from ticket sales. However, our commitment to accessibility means we intentionally keep ticket prices affordable and offer a variety of free and discounted ticket programs for students, educators, and members of the broader community. This approach ensures that everyone—regardless of financial means—can experience the joy, inspiration, and cultural enrichment that live performance brings.

Because of this, we depend on the generosity of donors like you to sustain and expand the impact of our work. Your generous contributions make it possible for us to continue presenting renowned artists, supporting educational outreach, and fostering meaningful connections through music across the Cornell campus and the Ithaca area.
